Flexible Working

Every day we provide flexibility to the care we provide to families, and we want to extend that flexibility to you.

Whether you are looking for a full-time role, or would like extra time outside of work to spend with your family, we are committed to work with you in achieving your ideal work-life balance.

To make this possible, you will have access to initiatives unique to Bright Horizons. Including permanent part-time hours, meaning you can lock in the amount of part-time hours you need each week. As well as working 5 days in 4, which is exactly what it says on the tin. You can still work full-time, however if you want that extra day every week to spend studying or with your family then you can incorporate these hours into 4 days.
