What is Bright Start?
Bright Start is a programme unique to Bright Horizons where you can work the hours you want, at a number of nurseries close to you.
How does it work?
You will join a talented team of people as passionate as you and enjoy the style of work you want, with:
Complete Flexibility– You will have the freedom to decide how many hours you want to work, at a number of nurseries within an hour’s commute from your home. You will also know your work patterns well in advance by logging your availability two weeks ahead of time.
Study and Work Support– Bright Start has been designed with study in mind. So if you are undergoing tertiary education, then you can take advantage of unique working options available to fit alongside your study commitments—all while gaining professional experience.
Getting Back Into Work– We understand it can be difficult to get back into a workplace after having time off. This is why we also provide you with a variety of different work solutions if you are looking to transition back into work.
Training and Development– You will receive every opportunity to learn and grow, including an initial induction into the Bright Horizons family, Child Protection training, First Aid training and much more. This means no matter what hours you decide to work, you will receive the full training benefits we have to offer to support your professional development.
